An TiX-Mas to You

You realize how long it took me to make this? It took me at least 6 hours, 12 hours at the most. This pic had the most layers I have ever used in a single pic...which is about 15 layers. The hardest thing in this pic that I made was the woodland critters...I had to use a pic have it as a temp layer so I can color over it, with exeptions to the fox and bear. The fox and bear I did regualy then I was like screw this I'm going to cheat a little on the woodland critters. The easiest thing was the background.

The "x-mas" tree looks more realistic than the others because I was still learning about the different tools and brush patterns and the brush thing I used on the background trees are different from the foreground one.

Damien and demon Kenny were both hand drawn line art that I colored viva photoshop. Kenny is slightly faded out because I made the colored layer multiply and the density less than normal. Damien was actually the first one I put down and I didn't realize I had it on multiply and it look weird so I went through every layer to erase, and then I just though eh why not put the color as normal and put the lines on top...that worked wonderfully, but to late...and some stuff around Damien's arms were erased...

The glowing eyes and fire ^_^ found that one out when I was messing around on photoshop. Inner glow and outer glow layers are the best... One layer for the critters eyes, two for Damien (one per color), and two for the fire.

The red upsidown star Damien is standing on (yea you can't see much of it) is anarcy sign...somewhat hard to draw..not much.

The mountians were easy to draw, so was the grass and trees, even though the x-mas tree took many different colors to make.

Anyways I'm sure you guys are sick and tired on how I made this and want me to talk about how I feel about it as a whole...no? well too bad, I will say it anyways. I like it, I don't love it considering the tress. I think it turned out really well and awesome as a whole. Now there is a drawing pratically for everyone for x-mas....enjoy!
